I can't say enough good things about Joanna Smith. She was top-notch from start to finish. She was easy to reach by phone. She responded quickly, knowledgeably, and thoroughly. When I made an offer on my house, I very quickly got into a bidding war, which heightened my anxiety greatly, but Joanna helped me navigate that successfully, and I was able to buy the house! She went out of her way several times to come over and look at the house or answer my many questions. She's kind, compassionate, thorough, and very knowledgeable about real estate!
