Here at the Beshara Team we take many precautions with our clients to stop the spread of COVID-19. We have revamped many of our systems to be COVID-19 compliant. The safety of you and your family is of chief importance to our team. These precautions are present at all our listings, showings, open houses and anywhere else people may gather. We want you, the client, to feel assured that we’ve taken every step necessary for your safety. 

Here are some of the steps you’ll see at our properties… 

• Everyone entering must use the hand sanitizer. 

• Everyone entering the property is supplied with and expected to wear gloves. 

• Knobs, pulls and main surfaces are sanitized. 

• Interior doors and closet doors are left open whenever possible. 

• Lights are turned on prior to any showings on occupied properties. 

• We have signs posted for guests to not touch their faces while viewing the home. 

• We encourage guests to take the gloves they use with them. 

• We encourage guests to use the sanitizer upon exiting the home.
