The Beshara Team Builder Division

A separate division within The Beshara Team organization is solely focused on driving more traffic through each sales community through 1st class customer service, a high sense of urgency, a thorough understanding of the builder’s products, and professional marketing.


Listing Construction & Maintenance

  • A dedicated Beshara Team Builder Client Relations specialist will:

    • Use your floor plan, change order/options contract, and community information sheet to activate your listing within 24 hours of receiving the documents.

    • Use Floor Plans to create sample listings

    • Contact sales team to review and ensure all marketable attributes of the property are highlighted.

Professional Photography/Videography


Within 1 week of photography being requested, The Beshara Team will coordinate, schedule and upload professional photos to your listings. For an additional cost, virtual staging and 3-D virtual tours are available.

  • Sales Counselors are notified when an agent makes an appointment and receives their contact information. 

  • They also automatically receive the agent feedback from the showings. 

  • A client relations specialist will contact all the buyer agents that show your properties for feedback.
